Ed began his career as a Registered Representative in 1985 with First Investors Inc. before becoming a series 7 licensed broker with E.F. Hutton in 1987. Throughout his career Ed has been named to numerous clubs for recognition and appreciation of outstanding service and commitment to his clients. Ed served as branch manager of the Ferris, Baker Watts Charleston, WV office from 2000 - 2004.

He attended West Virginia University and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Ed is a member of RBC Wealth Management Chairman’s Council. This is an award bestowed on only 5% of the RBC Wealth Management Financial Advisors.

Ed speaks on a variety of financial topics. You can catch him weekdays at 8:35am on WCHS with his “Daily Market Report”.

Ed was born and raised in West Virginia. He’s a sports enthusiast and enjoys participating in golf and spending time with friends and family. He has been a board member and continues to support the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Kanawha and Putnam Area program.
