Ann Marie began her wealth management career in 1981 and joined Tucker, Anthony, Sutro and Company (TAS) in 1984. She served as a member of the TAS board of directors from 1998 until 2001, when TAS became part of RBC Wealth Management. Her work with non-profits led her to be named as an “OUTSTANDING BROKER” in 2003, by Registered Rep magazine. In 2006, she was named as one of the “Top 100 Women Financial Advisors in the United States” by Barron’s Magazine. In 2007 she was again nominated for this award and in 2010 was named one of the “Top 1,000 Advisors in the United States” by Barron’s.

She earned a Bachelor’s degree in international affairs from Lafayette College. Since graduating, she has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania – and was an early recipient of the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. Ann Marie is a frequent speaker to non-profit organizations on topics related to investing and fiduciary issues/responsibilities and how to fulfill them. She is also a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association.

Ann Marie lives with her husband and two children in Chevy Chase, MD. She is a member of the leadership circle of Women for Women International, a non-profit organization that supports women in conflict and post-conflict zones achieve emotional and financial stability. Last June, Ann Marie traveled with her daughter to Rwanda for two weeks to observe the work that Women for Women is doing there, and to meet some of the beneficiaries of the organization's efforts.

Renee is a key member of the team who delivers retirement planning, educational funding and insurance planning services to the individuals and families we work with. She focuses on understanding the unique financial circumstances and investment objectives of each client to create a customized financial analysis, including recommendations to help them meet their specific goals. Renee also works closely with our clients to implement the recommended strategy, and monitors their ongoing needs and changing life circumstances. She has more than a decade of experience and is valued for her contributions to out process and the success we create for clients.

Renee earned a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Bloomsburg University. Since graduating, she has earned the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification which requires demonstrating advanced knowledge of complex financial topics, such as retirement planning, income tax, estate planning, insurance and investment management. She has also earned Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and state insurance licenses, as well as an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University.

Mike plays a critical role on the team by helping customize asset allocations for each client’s unique needs. He also assists with performance reporting analysis, investment research and delivering overall wealth-management solutions for clients.

With more than a decade of financial industry experience, he shares service insights in a variety of areas. Prior to joining the Etergino Group, Mike had important client service responsibilities at RBC Wealth Management. During his time in Investment Consulting Service Operations, he supervised the performance reporting and reconciliation team. And as an Internal Wealth Management Consultant, he helped Financial Advisors across the country learn about the comprehensive strategies and solutions available. Before joining RBC Wealth Management, Mike worked at Strong Investments in its discount brokerage and mutual fund business (both in sales and operations capacities)

Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. Since graduating, he has earned Series 7 and 63 security licenses and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.

Legh performs an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the team by building strong client relationships and ensuring effective and efficient processing of client requests. She also assists the group with marketing projects and scheduling client events and seminars. With ten years of industry experience, she provides a solid client service foundation for the team.

Prior to joining the Etergino Group, Legh worked for FTN Financial in Memphis, Tennessee as a Registered Sales Assistant who supported a team of Financial Advisors with fixed income and institutional sales requests. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Arkansas State University. Since graduating, she has earned Series 7 and 63 security licenses as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.




Kathy Vormack

Kathy is responsible for client service and administrative functions.  She provides operational support to the group by facilitating the transfer of funds and securities and issuance of clients' checks among other client requests.  She prepares paperwork required for opening new accounts including IRAs, account transfers and managed accounts.  Kathy understands the value of building strong relationships. She is a key component in ensuring the group runs smoothly and efficiently.

Kathy began her career in the financial service industry in 1980 with Ferris & Co., Inc. which became Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. in 1988 and RBC Wealth Management in 2008.  She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses.  Prior to joining the Etergino group, Kathy worked as the Branch Service Manager in the Rockville, MD office.
