Ross joined RBC Wealth Management in 1998, and brings 30 years of investment industry experience to his client relationships. He earned his undergraduate and MBA degrees in finance from Arizona State University. Ross manages stock portfolios for clients, and embraces a contrarian investing style. He is known for his extensive stock research, and he works closely with RBC Wealth Management’s equity analysts to uncover undervalued investment opportunities. In 2001, Ross was one of ten recipients of "Registered Rep" magazine's Outstanding Broker Award, and he is a consistent member of RBC Wealth Management's President's Council. Ross is also a passionate golfer, fisherman and hunter, and has been known to entertain clients at the North Oaks Golf Club with meals of fresh salmon from Lake Michigan or pheasants from North Dakota. Ross and his wife, Pauline, live in Maple Grove, Minnesota; his grown daughter lives in Arizona and his son attends St. John's University.

Mike has 21 years of industry experience, including more than 11 years at RBC Wealth Management. He earned his undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota and his Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and holds his Accredited Wealth Manager designation. His areas of expertise include portfolio analysis, wealth protection and transfer strategies. Mike is active in his church, the SIFMA Foundation, the Stillwater Rotary Club, the St. Croix Soccer Club, and his kids' school and sports activities. To Ross' amazement, Mike actually enjoys watching soccer on TV. His other interests include cycling and skiing. Mike and his wife, Shannon, live in Stillwater, Minnesota, and their three children attend Gonzaga University, Stillwater High School, and St. Croix Preparatory Academy.

Kristi has been with the team since 1993, and has more than 20 years of industry experience. She graduated from Moorhead State University with a degree in finance. Kristi is responsible for all operational functions of the team, and her knowledge and service ethic ensure our clients receive exceptional service. She is fully licensed and can place orders for clients. Kristi and her husband, Tom, reside in Ramsey, Minnesota, and she enjoys playing golf and spending time at her lake place.
