QUALIFICATIONS
John has more than a decade of investment management experience. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, he was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley. John is a graduate of Gettysburg College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in management with a concentration in finance. He is also a graduate of the Hotchkiss School. In 2007, John earned the professional designation of Accredited Wealth Manager (AWM) through an advanced education program sponsored by RBC Wealth Management and Michigan State University, concentrating in the areas of business and retirement planning, insurance solutions, charitable giving, and estate planning.
PERSONAL
John and his wife, Erin, live in Skaneateles, New York. John enjoys fly fishing and waterskiing. He is also a musician and active member of Guitar League, a group of area music and guitar enthusiasts. He is actively involved in local organizations, including the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce and Stella Maris Retreat Center in Skaneateles.
