"Will" Hardee, AWMSenior Vice President - Financial Advisor, Senior Portfolio Manager - Portfolio Focus (713) 853-0869 will.hardee@rbc.com Mr. Hardee is a Senior Vice President – Financial Consultant with RBC Wealth Management since 1994. From 1991-1994, Mr. Hardee was a Senior Vice President with Kidder Peabody. From 1977-1991, Mr. Hardee was a Senior Vice President at Rotan Mosle/PaineWebber Inc.
In February 2011, Mr. Hardee was named as one of America's Top Advisors by Barron's Financial Weekly. He was named as a Top Advisor in 2010 as well. During his tenure at RBC Wealth Management, he has been in the top 1% of his peer group and named a member of the Chairman's Council since joining the firm. Mr. Hardee is an investment advisor representative and has served in various board capacities including investment policy and syndicate underwriting. He was also awarded designation to Reuter's AdvicePoint Top Advisors of 2008 and was named to RBC Wealth Management's Senior Portfolio Manager Group for the third consecutive year. While at Rotan Mosle, he was honored as the firm's top stock portfolio manager. While at Kidder Peabody, he was honored as a top municipal bond strategist. He currently advises/manages over $400 million in assets. Mr. Hardee's expertise is advising high net worth individuals and small to mid sized corporations. He is the Chief Investment Officer of the group.
Mr. Hardee has been recognized numerous times in the local Fort Bend Business Journal and Fort Bend Focus, offering advice on retirement planning, insurance solutions, advanced investment strategies, and estate and trust planning strategies. He was profiled in the prestigious Research Magazine.
Mr. Hardee currently serves on the Board of Directors of Harvest Natural Resources, a NYSE listed company. He holds an Accredited Wealth Management designation, as well as, a certification of Director Education from the NACD Corporate Directors Institute. He is a former director of the Bank of Almeda and Gamma Biologicals. He is also a former limited partner and advisory director of the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association and advisory finance Chairman for the Ft. Bend, Texas Independent School District. He is an elder at Southminster Presbyterian Church. Mr. Hardee is also a member of the Exchange Club of Sugar Land. Among his charitable endeavors, Mr. Hardee is a supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, the Southminster Presbyterian School and the Fort Bend Women’s Center.
Mr. Hardee's AWM, Accredited Wealth Manager, designation is offered in conjunction with the Esperti Peterson Institute at Michigan State University. AWM certification holders have demonstrated a commitment to their trade by attending 60 hours of continuing education on subjects related to broad financial planning and family wealth transfer issues.

 Mark has been helping clients weather the market cycles since March of 2008. He started in the business as a sole practitioner. He quickly saw the value in what a team could bring to his clients. Mark was offered the opportunity to begin working with the Hardee Investment Group in October 2009. He is the client relationship manager for the team. In this role, Mark assists in the generational planning for each family to make the transition of wealth easier for our clients.
Mark graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Mark currently holds his Series 7/66 licenses, complemented by his Life and Health Insurance license. Mark has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designation from Fiduciary360. He has received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility.
Mark resides with his wife, Heather, in Fort Bend County. They had the joy of welcoming their first child earlier this year. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, working out, hunting, and he will always have his fishing pole ready. 

Heather began working with RBC Wealth Management and the Hardee Investment Group as a Client Associate. For three years, she operated as the primary backup support for Teena Rodgers and Kathy Hensarling. Heather is Series 7, 63, and state insurance licensed and now is a Financial Advisor. She is the Team’s Protection Planning Specialist, providing clients asset protection through life insurance opportunities. Heather is responsible for handling marketing material for two local magazines and is also responsible for Team website maintenance. She is responsible for coordinating all charitable gifting and sponsorships of the Group to the community.
Heather has a BBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University, as well as a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from the Conrad N. Hilton College, University of Houston. She recently completed RBC Wealth Management’s Associate Financial Advisor program.
  With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and 27 years with Will Hardee, Teena specializes in the development of wealth management plans utilizing the firm’s Personal Needs Analysis and also works directly with Mr. Hardee in assisting the monitoring and customization of client portfolios. In addition, Teena oversees the administrative and operational duties of the other team members.
When asked what Teena believes has helped make the team so successful, she stated, “I have been successfully providing sound investment support and superior service to clients for 30 years. My thorough attention to detail and organizational skills has helped greatly in working with and satisfying high net worth individuals expectations.”
Teena attained her Series 7 and 63 licenses in 1982, being one of the youngest to do so in the State of Texas. Having been a member of multiple special task force groups at RBC Wealth Management, Fidelity Investments and UBS PaineWebber and in the development of various internal programs for the financial industry, it has helped her to proactively serve the clients needs better and train others within her peer group to achieve their goals.
Raised in Texas, Teena has lived in the Houston area since 1980. Teena, and her husband, James, enjoy raising horses and spending time with family. Teena has one daughter who is in college. She is an active member of Klein United Methodist Church, Habitat for Humanity and Love for Christ mission.
  Kathy brings 16 years of experience to the Hardee Investment Group. She has been an RBC Wealth Management employee since 2001 and has been the Hardee Investment Group’s Operation Specialist for eight years. Her prior experience includes Paine Webber and Legg Mason.
As a Client Associate, Kathy is an integral part in maintaining our Team's service standard. Her primary focus is client and account management. She specializes in procedures needed to provide the highest quality of service our clients expect and deserve. In addition to her Team responsibilities, Kathy provides Technical Support for the Houston Center office, which involves establishing computer, printer and telephones connections, among other responsibilities.
Active in her family life, Kathy, her husband, Trent, and three children enjoy camping, boating, snow skiing and an occasional NASCAR race. She is also an active volunteer for the High School’s Booster Club.
