Flader Wealth Consulting Group

Wealth Management Approach
The Flader Wealth Consulting Group’s wealth management solutions are completely customized for your unique needs. We have no preconceived idea about what the “best” solution is for you until we have thoroughly analyzed your current situation, risk tolerance, and future needs. We understand that you may have concerns about the impact of taxation on your portfolio, and our goal is to maximize after tax investment results.

We are proud of RBC Wealth Management’s open architecture platform. It gives us the freedom to choose investment managers for you and helps remove the potential for conflicts of interest which sometimes exist in our industry. It allows us to be highly objective when recommending strategies and solutions to you.

In addition, we believe RBC Wealth Management’s investment manager selection criteria are among the most selective in the industry. The decision to entrust your hard earned wealth to any investment manager is supported by our institutional-level due diligence process which we feel is more important than ever in today’s environment.

It is essential that we understand as much about you and your personal objectives as possible. At the onset of our relationship we will ask you a lot of questions about your situation. However, we also believe that communication is a shared responsibility between our clients and ourselves, so we do ask you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns and inform us of any major changes. Experience has taught us that each client has different preferences for the format and frequency of communications, and we outline these expectations accordingly for each individual. Many of our clients have come to rely on our expertise in all areas of their financial lives; we believe the same will happen for you over time as we earn your trust.
